  If I could give them zero stars I would. We pay overpriced rent to get our cars towed even with a parking pass. Also your visitors cars will also be towed by the leasing office.

  I have lived here for about 6 months and honestly hate apartment complex, especially large ones. The ladies in the office and the maintenance man makes it feel like a smaller place because of how warm and friendly everyone is here. If I need something fixed, I've never waited more than 4 days, it was mostly fixed the following day. Whenever I go into the office, they always greet me by my first name even though they have hundreds of tenants and the maintenance man said he'll be willing to do whatever I needed in an apartment to my liking to keep me as a resident after my lease is up. Stone Mountain Apartments is actually the "Cheers" of apartment complexes. Do not let anyone of those people leave in the front office. They make you smile.

  I always have the best experiences with the maintenance crew (especially Josh who ALWAYS goes above and beyond) and of course the wonderful office staff. I really do have a great relationship with them because they are so friendly and inviting. They treat me and especially my kids well, hold events and activities for the residents, and do their best to address concerns that arise from time to time that is just part of property management. I have been here about 3 years now and love my apartment. Moving in was painless and cheap compared to other complexes. This is a nice place. Whenever I create service requests (which is a painless process in itself) I always get expedient service and am met with great attitudes by Josh and the maintenance staff. Parking issues have improved I think. That would be my only issue ever coming in late at night maybe having to walk a lot over (at most) but that's because people own multiple cars and have guests on the weekend. They are doing their best though by implementing reserved parking stickers for residents and labeled guest parking spots. the recent repave of the lots is nice too. Looks great. They provide (i think annual?) complimentary carpet cleaning services which i am about to utilize. My only other real issue is that every time i renew my lease the rate goes up a bit more than inflation. Front Range rents are out of control everywhere though.
