  • We are so proud of Little Boots Early Learning Center! They bought a building that was outdated, dirty, dark and didn't have the most amazing reputation caused by the mismanaged daycares before them, but with the patience and persistence of the Owner- Mona and Director- Melissa, they turned it around in less than a year. Having a center myself, I know all the hard work and sleepless nights it takes starting a business, specifically a child care center, from absolutely nothing. Let me tell you it is not easy and it has been so inspiring watching them grow significantly. Nonetheless, LBELC hit the ground running and hasn't stopped in order to catch up and make this brand new center as good, if not better, than the ones around them. They are one of the only centers in the area that doesn't have a limit on their CCAP enrollment and the owner will go out of her way to make sure you and your child are taken care of even if she doesn't have a contract with your county. LBELC management understands the importance of providing quality and strongly believes that each child should have access to that quality care regardless of their income, race, status, upbringing, family, etc. They will still make sure your child is fed, changed, rested, and is developing / learning all along the way! As a child care provider myself, who is a part of an ECE council that represents all centers across the state, I can honestly say that no matter what Center you go to, you are going to have the kids that bite, the chance of getting lice or hand foot and mouth, the angry parent because their kid tripped on the playground or because their child who is potty training had a few accidents. All centers experience that. It's child care- (advice to new parents) it comes with the territory. However, not all centers genuinely care about how YOU are doing that day, have many teachers with Bachelors Degrees or is Director Qualified but still choose to be teachers because they love it, even through the stuff parents/families put them through by calling them abusers and pointing fingers at them for everything. I challenge you to Google child care centers across the whole state or whole country and it is more likely than not that you will see a negative review(s) from upset parents that are so quick to attack. Actually that goes for all businesses- you will have the people that find strength in negatively reviewing businesses multiple times So I advise parents to really look at the big picture. LBELC has passed state, health, and fire depts with flying colors. There has been no confirmed case of teachers hurting children. What I can promise you is that if you go to LBELC- not only will you be treated like family but your children will grow, develop, play, learn, and be unconditionally loved, giving you the piece of mind while you are at work or school.
