  Service used to be great! However within the past few months they have changed staff, and from my experience, service has gotten a lot worse. An example: I was buying a car and needed to pull out $2000, went inside and had the displeasure of working with Fabiola Prienta. I recently had a birthday and my license was expired by a few days. Fabiola told me she couldn't withdraw my money because it was expired. I told her and tried to show her my receipt for my license renewal that I had done online and asked if that would be sufficient enough to pull out my funds. She said no and that there was nothing she could do. Long story short I had to have the money that evening to purchase this car. I was extremely dissappointed, as the government website said I could use the receipt to verify my id. Luckily my girlfriend suggested trying a different branch, so I did. The service there was excellent and they were able to withdraw my money for me. Even though the Melody location is across the street from my job and is very close to me, I will not go back to this branch. Fabiola, you are the most unhelpful person I have ever delt with at bank.
